| Comment | I am writing as a concerned citizen and recreational fisherman. You are proposing egregious regulations on the recreational fishing fleet. These proposed regulations would have almost zero impact on air quality, but would put the recreational fishing fleet out of business. Additionally, these changes could have a negative impact on the stability and safety of such vessels. I hereby demand that you reject implementing these proposed regulations. |
