| Comment | Please consider not enforcing these boat rules. With Covid, our Captains are already suffering financially. They cannot afford the demands Newsom is asking for. How about instead of hurting their business and trying to put our commercial and charter fisherman out of business, give them some financial Help on how to keep the sportfishing and jobs a float.
