| Comment | vote no on regulations that rely on technology that is economically unfeasible and has not been tested as safe on passenger harbor crafts. As boats are removed from service, access to the sea will be limited and sportfishing will become too costly. This is not only a way if life, an amazing guy fun past time for friends and colleagues. |
