| Comment | The cargo ships offshore waiting for offloading 2021 caused more emissions than all the sportfishing and whale watching boats combined for the next 10 years! Good idea to limit emissions, bad idea to start with low hanging fruit. Lots of people still fish and most of them have some money and vote. |
