| Comment | I strongly oppose overly stringent air resource board regulations for local marine craft used for sightseeing, salt water fishing pleasure boating. This proposal will shut down an entire industry and deny local residents and tourists a chance to enjoy marine life. There must be a more acceptable alternative. |
