| Comment | Can we be reasonable on CARB standards for sportfishing charter boats? The technology doesn't exist yet to safely implement in a cost effective manner. Sportfishing is a major economy on the coast but one that operates on thin margins but more importantly it brings joy to many many people that can't afford the cost of owning a boat. I am a professional fisheries biologist and have deep connections with the industry and recreational fishers.
