| Comment | How are people going to care about the ocean if you refuse to allow them to see whales close up or go one the water and fish. The Ocean isn't for the very rich its for everyone to enjoy. A whole industry will be out of work and for what? So the super rich can pollute the ocean with their mega yachts? |
