| Comment | I urge you to vote no on regulations that rely on technology that is economically unfeasible and have not been tested as safe on passenger harbor crafts. As boats are removed from service, access to the sea will be limited and sportfishing will become too costly. Don't deny me and future generations of Californians access to the sea. |
