| Comment | I oppose chc2021 (California Air Resources Board votes for regulations that stand to remove boats up and down California's coast from service) on the grounds that limiting public activity and engagement in this environment will be counter productive in preserving our natural resources - it has been clearly demonstrated that participating in activities in these environments leads to their conservation and preservation for future generations that are emotionally, culturally and commercially invested in them. |
