Please vote "No" on regulations that rely on economically
unfeasible technology and have not been tested as safe on passenger
harbor crafts. As boats are removed from service, access to the sea
will be limited, and sportfishing will become too costly.

Now is not the right economic time to pursue these restrictions.
Would you please give the sportfishing and sport-touring industry
time to recover economically before moving ahead with these
regulations?

Allow the technology to mature in the R&D Departments and on land
before moving these technologies to sea-going vessels, and then,
start with entirely new vessels so that that technology can be
fully integrated (as opposed to retrofitting existing vessels where
the perfect fit of the latest technologies will not be possible).
