Hello 

I am reaching out to out CARB to ask that upcoming regulation
concerning boats in our Ca coastal communities be reconsidered.
This will only serve to put Californians that live in our coastal
communities out of work and strain the tourist industries in these
areas . Though addressing global warming and climate change is a
priority , please allow for balance concerning jobs and livelihoods
being affected by such regulation . I applaud the work by Carb in
addressing the challenges that we face, real lives and incomes of
coastal Californians could and will be affected by hull mandates. I
personally have EV's and installed solar to try and do my part to
help to decrease global green house gasses and certainly believe
California and CARB are facilitating the transition to renewables
all across our great state, but again I ask for kindness and
balance concerning the proposed mandates regarding commercial boat
requirements .
