| Comment | To whom it may concern, This is not a very well thought of regulation as much as revenue loss to all the fisherman. To my knowledge, there is zero science behind this except special interest groups who do not fish, crab or whale watch. Please think of the people who live off whale watching, fishermen and the average person who enjoys boat rides. |
