Comment 2220 for Proposed Amendments to Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation (chc2021) - 45 Day.

Please vote no on this regulation.  The law that was passed to keep
old trucks out of the port has led to this massive back log of
ships sitting off the coast.  Laws and rules have unseen results.
