Here we go again. Yes it's important to make changes to protect the
environment yet the way you are proposing on doing it is going to
put undue financial burden on the small independent sport fishing
fleet. It amazes me that there are cotton subsidies, farm
subsidies, water subsidies yeah I guess because the coalition of
sport fishing is fragmented and there's not contributeing Or should
I say bribing local politicians their needs are unheard.

We the people are tired of this. Corporate America doesn't pay his
fair share in taxes and you want to inflict industry crashing
regulations on sole proprietor businesses. This is the heart and
soul of America. Stand up and protect these people. We are tired of
this.
