| Comment | Dear Honorable Members of the Board, I humbly request for you to vote no on regulations that rely on technology that is economically unfeasible and has not been tested as safe on passenger harbor crafts. The proposed Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation places unattainable mandates on ocean going vessels that simply cannot be met and destroys livelihoods. In many cases the costs to comply with the proposed regulation exceed affordability and realistic application. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. |
