| Comment | I am from New Mexico. Home to Millions of acres of National Forest. The Gilla and Aldo Leopold wilderness are within our state. We ensure access to these public lands for our costal States. I believe it is the duty of our costal States to ensure our access to the recreation on our costal Oceans.
