'I am all for better air quality however this ban wold hurt the
Fishing industry beyond recovery.  Now is not the time to add
further restrictions to an already hurting industry.  As you are
aware, the fishing industry has faced too many economic challenges
and  many are struggling to recover from the challenges that have
faced us in recent years.  
This would cause many to sell their boats to out of state buyers
and would put many out of business.  I am urging that no further
regulations or laws be  enacted that would hurt the industry and
affect a multi million dollar industry.  It would be catastrophic
for many.
