| Comment | I have bene fishing on sport boats for close to 40 years, the memories that it has provided will always be dear to me. Please make a concession for sport boats and the new proposed regulations, it is expensive enough and with these restrictions it will certainly put many operations out of business and those that stick around will be inflating prices beyond what most could afford.
