I am writing because of the whale watching and sportfishing industry, which has positively influenced my family's and my education and enhanced our desire to learn more about marine life and enjoying making memories on the water via various sea going vessels owned by many small business operators. I urge you to VOTE NO on regulations that rely on technology that is economically unfeasible and has not been tested as safe on passenger harbor crafts. Allowing these small businesses to continue their operations, safe practices and methods by which they are able to provide for their families and a community which has been and should be able to continue to enjoy.
