As a lifelong saltwater angler and marine conservationist, I am
very concerned about the pending regulations regarding sportfishing
and whale watching vessels. While reducing emissions is very
important, the proposed regulations are simply not reasonable and
non achievable without the elimination of many if not all passenger
boats operating. We need to work together to find solutions without
destroying an industry that is vital. I urge you to take a more
reasonable approach.
