| Comment | Please vote no on regulations that rely on technology that is economically unfeasible and has not been tested as safe on passenger harbor crafts. As boats are removed from service, access to the sea will be limited and sportfishing will become too costly. These regulations will do little to improve air quality and will destroy the sport fishing industry, and others. |
