I am opposed to the Commercial Harbor Craft Regulation. This will
cripple our sport Fishing Industry. We need to find a better way of
dealing with this problem rather than putting peoples lively hood
in jeopardy. Times are hard enough with out farther governmental
regulations that will hurt ad take away much needed jobs.
