Good afternoon,
I have been fishing my whole life, my son works on a sportfishing
boat and has been trying to by his own business a sportfishing
boat. The new requirements that are being talked about are out of
line, there is no tier 4 technology that supports a change there is
no incentive for my son to look for a boat of his own after 15yrs
of working on one and the fleet contribution to air quality is so
small.  Please re think some of this and come up with a better plan
to phase in some work around.  Fisherman by nature want a clean
enviroment, they catch and release, they want clean water as well
as clean air so take this into consideration when you draft laws
that make no sense.  You will put the fleet out of business and yes
this includes my son raising a family.  Take a look at how many
boats are on the water as you drive down the freeway and compare it
to the number of trucks, cars ect, 1,000,000 to 1, thank you.
