| Comment | As someone who has been a participant in both open party boat fishing and whale watching trips I find the new proposed regulations,which effectively ban wooden and fiberglass boats (80% of the current fleet) to be both financially and socially unfeasible. If you want to basically kill an industry and the jobs they produce not to mention the enjoyment it brings to people one could not find a more effective means. |
