Dear CARB,
I am disturbed by the potential ruling than would require expensive
retrofitting of the local sport fishing boats here in So. calif. I
have been a patron of many of them and would hate to see any of
them be forced to go out of business due to the cost of the
legislation that is being proposed.

Please do not pass this law which would place a huge financial
burden on an industry that provides so much employment and also
enjoyment for its patrons.
