| Comment | Dear CARB members: I am an avid salt water sports fisherman and have enjoyed fishing off of California for over 50 years, it is my passion and primary outlet for fun. I am deeply concerned for the future of sport fishing and whale watching. The proposed change to engine emission requirements will nearly wipe out this industry and put many hard working people out of business. These unrealistic regulations will prevent many low and middle income citizens from affordably enjoying the beautiful waters off of California. Please do the right thing and exempt sport fishing and whale watching boats from these proposed regulations. Sincerely, Thomas Nordstrom |
