| Comment | Please do not shut down the sport and commercial fishing industry by implementing changes that would require most non metal fishing crafts to be scrapped due to noncompliance to the new requirements. I am an avid sport fisherman and enjoy fishing on the California boats.The proposed changes would result in most nonmetal boats being scrapped and resulting in millions of lost revenue and jobs.
