| Comment | Hello, I want to voice my opposition to the proposed restrictions on sport and harbor craft. It's much easier to make legislation than to be the one to implement it. I would strongly encourage the CARB to not implement the proposed changes and study alternate ways to help the commercial fishing and tour industries in particular reduce their carbon footprint.
