| Comment | Stopping whale watching and charter fishing boat is the worst thing I have heard in years. I am 66 years old and have fish from Baja California Holloway to San Francisco. I have faced with my dad since I was a little kid my uncles my mom my son-in-law and now my grandson. I have been out on whale watching trip taking pictures and posting them on my webpage online. This is the most horrendous idea I have ever heard of. I would thank you but if you decide not to do this then I will thank you |
