| Comment | Dear Sirs Please do not put these regulations in place. You will bankrupt a lot of the sport charter boats not to mention a lot of small operators of fishing related industries. Please at least delay these changes because of attrition most of these boats will be upgraded to more modern, efficient power just because of fuel costs. This change over is too quick too extreme.
