Dear CARB board,

   Please reconsider your limitations to the small business and
families that will be affected by these new restrictions. One of
these families is a friend of mine and they are a hard working,
willing to sacrifice time to provide an income for their families
and provide a good/ethical and safe way for those who want to fish
off the coast of California. The new regulations would put them out
of business. 
Please change your limitations to help these hard working wonderful
people!
