| Comment | I would like to state that I am against any new regulation requiring vessels to be retrofitted with any type of unreasonable equipment. Such equipment that may impose an extreme cost burden on the owners of the vessel, or require them to purchase a completely new one. As a citezen of CA, I enjoy the fishing opportunities the ocean provides. However fishing would be too expensive if the industry is forced to comply with the new proposed regulations. Thank you. |
