| Comment | Please consider to NOT approve this regulation. As a fifty year resident of California who appreciates the Pacific Ocean and its resources this will limit my ability to enjoy boating on the passenger boats for education and pleasure. My family has enjoyed being on the ocean for three generations through learning expeditions, scuba diving, fishing, and whale watching. This regulation will limit the availability and cost for my family. Please do not approve these regulations onto these boaters. Regards. |
