| Comment | Please see it fit to review this major problem for the fishing and whale watching fleets of Southern California. Being in this Emissions business myself in the Trucking side/Refuse/Sweepers/Buses; there is a size and problem with Diesel Engine available to work in the Boating Industry. Consider leaving them on the back burner until you have finish with Trains, plains and Automobiles First!
