My family has been fishing for years in the Pacific Ocean.  Three
of my family members have there boat captain licensees and depend
on Sportfishing as a living in So Cal.  My friends and family
depend on fishing from these boats to provide food and memorable
family sporting trips. By making these upgrades would send the
sport fishing industry into a tailspin and cause an economic
disaster to to the boating and fishing industry in California. 
Please vote No to make any changes to this valuable industry.  

We in California can't let this happen.   Governor Newsom needs to
come up with another plan than stronghold an industry that depends
on these boats for commercial and pleasure.  Wood and fiberglass
hauls have been around for years. Please don't let this happen.
