| Comment | As it some of us can barely afford to go on boats. By the CARB making the boats buy new boats it would tripple to quadruple the price of tickets. By passing this bill your are in a way violating our rights to fishing under the california constitution. We are asking that you take into consideration the future of fishing for our kin. |
