| Comment | My husband owns a passenger fishing vessel in Marin county and with the new regulations we won't be able to stay in business and provide for our family. The existing boats that these fisherman have can not simply adhere to the potential new guidelines and would require the purchase of a brand new boat. That is not possible for so many of the business owners in this industry. Please reconsider - it is our livelihood and what we have worked so so hard to build. |
