To whom it may concern, 

This is absurd idealistic politics in action. Please stop this
nonsense. You talk about social equity and helping the people while
simultaneously pulling the rug from under the largest industry
serving low income families for food and recreation. Please
reevaluate your stance and not not take brash careless action. The
fact this would have passed already without community involvement
in itself should highlight how far disconnected CARB is with
reality.
