I have been enjoying sport fishing out of the San Diego area since
the early 1970's.  My father would charter many different boats. As
I grew older I would charter boats. My children and many nephews
now fish regularly out of San Diego and other ports. The many boats
and crew that would be effected by this carb regulation is a
tragedy. The amount of money that would be required to be in
compliance, is out of the realm of many owners.  I don't know what
you expect people to do. These last few years have been tough on
every industry. I would hate to see this happen to the sports
fishing industry. The future of many generations will be affected.
I would hope that you would take in consideration all aspects of
this action.
