Sport fishing is not only a sport but is a livelihood for many.
It's not only a skilled hobby but provides people with a resource
that has existed for many decades. It's a shame that these emission
laws would harm many vessels and the sustainable impact it has on
California's oceans. We should look elsewhere for the effects of
carb emissions and not blame a handful of people who are trying to
provide an amazing service to any California resident.
