To whom it may concern,

To me and many others sportfishing is a huge part of my life.  It
has been going on in the family for years and is a place where I
can bond with my father, and where I used to bond with my
grandfather before he passed.  Its a place where people of all
cultures come together and have one thing in common.  I have been
fishing on sportboats for some time now and every time I hop on a
boat I forget about everything else.  Not being able to afford to
own a boat myself it is important that sportfishing stays available
and affordable for myself and my friends/family.  Please do not
destroy sportfishing.
