The strict CARB emissions on tractor trailers has caused a big back
log at Long Beach..affecting the entire United States. Higher
prices and lost jobs.

Posing strict emission controls to our fabulous fishing industry,
will destroy it.
Clothing,fishing poles,reels,hats, eye wear, fishing boots,sun tan
lotions, slip rentals
Local hotels, and everyone affiliated with the fishing industry
will loose..money and tax dollars.. and then we will loose our most
precious outdoor fishing activity.  

Better to spend tax dollars subsidizing and replacing boats for our
fleet from the tax revenue..one by one over the years.
