Dear CARB, 

Please reconsider and reevaluate this plan. Many Californians would
agree that climate change and reducing our carbon emissions is
critical and needs action. However you cannot force these
regulations on these boats. You're forcing them to take on an
expensive conversion that doesn't even exist readily yet - and I
don't think that's fair. 

My family has fished for generations in California. If this passes
and the sport boats and other recreational vessels become
impossible to operate, numerous ripple effects will have a huge
negative impact on parts of California. How do you get your future
citizens into conservation and invest into these resources if they
can no longer access them? Please reevaluate and understand that
most of us want the same thing and to help the environment, but
ruining an entire industry is not the way to do it.
