As a Retired Veteran and being Retired from the Aerospace Industry
as an Engineer.
I spend my excess time fishing for Tuna and other fish of the Sea
on charter boats because I cant afford the cost of a sea worthy
vessel for the sea. I'm not alone I have several friends that fish
with me.
The community needs these charter vessels to service people for
whale watching, sports fishing etc. If the charter boats are forced
to retrofit their boats the price will be passed on to the consumer
and we are already dealing increases in prices on everything else.
Please do not approve this measure or bill.
