To whom this may concern. I am composing this letter in hopes and
wishes to keep California's fishery including commerical businesses
and recreational fisheries open in the state of California. With
these unfeasible requests thousands of jobs and owners would be out
of business and out of a livelihood which is unfair. These requests
that have been made to switch over admission system are unfeasible
and are just downright not capable and or not have been tested to
prove in safety and efficiency going forward. I suggest you
reconsider postponing until further agreements can be agreed upon
and feasible agreements can be agreed upon.
