| Comment | I as that you do not enact regulations that will have a negative impact on Sportfishing. There are many communities that rely on t his industry for a living. Any regulation that will remove wood or fiberglass hull boats from the fleet should be balanced out with grants and low interest loans to replace the boats. There also needs to be a grace period to allow for owners to acquire new boats. Additionally this regulation will increase the size of the 6-pack and private fleet to a point that exceeds current issues casused by party boats. |
