| Comment | This email is a emphatic plea for CARB to reject Gov Newsoms plan that will shut down Sportfishing and whale watching charters across the state. His proposal will have a huge negative economic impact on coastal landings across the state and more importantly will deny thousand of people the only access to an off shore experience. This proposal is without thought and unfair. Please do the right thing and reject the proposal. |
