Dear CARB,

This power grab to force an emission changes to sportfishing and
whale watching tourism boating is coming from yet another
bureaucracy gone awry.

None of this meeting any standard of rational thought or behavior.
Exactly how much air pollution will you be saving us from?  And
what is it replaced by?

We the public know the real goal, get fishermen off of the water so
they cannot fish.

It seems like you just don't understand where the fish on your
plate at a restaurant comes from.  Or what it feels like to hook up
on a beautiful fish and eat it for dinner.

As the adage goes, don't you have bigger fish to fry with so many
container ships idling off shore?

This is a bad policy, by bad bureaucrats who are out of touch with
reality.
