To Whom It May Concern - Since a child, I have enjoyed sport
fishing off the shores California.  Newsome's recent proposed
legislation prompting the need to have updated engines and
technology that yet to be created to be within all sport's fishing
boats.  This will certainly preempt most, if not all, boats from
allowing access to individuals like myself to enjoy this type of
fishing.  I, along, with numerous individuals ask this proposed
legislation be denied.
