| Comment | Please consider recreational sport fishing boats to be in a class of their own for these new requirements. There a far fewer boats in these fleets that operate much differently than the commercial fishing boats. They do not have the annual operating income compared to the commercial fleet therefore should be recategorized and with less restrictive measures imposed. |
